Ade our House Manager was there to greet us with a warm welcome even though we were late travelling from Liverpool, I was concerned we would not have any-one to welcome us but Ade was there, he was so patient. Our Apartment was very spacious, comfortable and spotless. We loved the balcony watching the planes come in above us. Perfect location as my daughter and her friends were in the Excel Centre all weekend for summer in the city, and a stone’s throw away from the Emirates Cable Cars. There was nothing we did not like.

I loved everything. I called our contact person on arrival at London City Airport, and arranged to meet him at the apartment at 10am. We walked the short distance from the airport to the apartment in around 25 minutes (it would have been much quicker if we didn't have huge amounts of luggage and extreme winds). Ade contacted me at 09:45 and we quickly met at a nearby coffee shop. He then showed us to the apartment, taking my luggage like a true gent. upon arrival I was absolutely delighted with the space and decor. I got a wonderful 2nd floor apartment with an amazing balcony looking over the river. As I was there for a conference at the Excel, the apartment was unfortunately not used very much, just really to sleep and wash in. But the overall comfort, practicality and luxury was exceptional! Value for money was also fantastic, and we have recommended these apartments to everyone we know who frequently attend the areas for events. It was the best experience imaginable, with everything perfectly organised! I will absolutely be back!

All facilities functioned optimally, plenty of space to move around in and a fairly nice view. Ade, our host, was very accommodating and made us feel at home. I would certainly stay here again! There is only a single, small elevator in the building, which makes it a little tedious when lots of people are moving around.

When we met the host, he was very kind to receive us. The rooms were very clean and spacious. There was a convenience store below the building so we had no problem with getting water and food. The train station was a 2 minute walk. When i go back to London, I would definitely stay here again.

Proximity to the Exhibition centre was excellent. Extremely clean and tidy on arrival. Ade who met us with the keys and checked us out was fantastic and very polite. The apartment was brilliant and we will for sure stay there again.

Addie the property manager offered the highest level of customer service that I have experienced in the UK. I am a Director of a successful boutique hotel and I know star staff when I see them. Addie's genuine warm, concerned and friendly manner was the icing on the cake. We made a last minute booking and arrived 1 hour after booking and even though it was 8 pm at night he was very gracious with handing over the keys and helping us to get settled. He is the best!

Great service from Austin David Apartments. The place is perfectly located with easy access to the shops at Canary Wharf. South Quay DLR station is just across the street. The flat is well appointed with adequate amenities. The living room is large by English standards, and the bedrooms were clean and very comfortable. The house managers were very welcoming and attentive. I do not hesitate to recommend this listing.

I was here on a Business trip, very good location with respect to the exhibition center. 3 minutes in a straight line. The house is located on the side of the exhibition center. Near the train station, supermarkets and cafes. Two bedrooms with double beds. Clean bed linen and towels. The kitchen is fully equipped: microwave, toaster, stove, oven, pans, and pots. The apartment was warm and despite the proximity of the railroad – it was quiet. I liked the presence of the video library in different languages, including Russian. There were no interruptions. Excellent Wi-Fi speed.

Vielen lieben dank für die schöne Unterkunft. Telefonisch war jederzeit jemand zu erreichen! Wir waren zu fünft und haben ein zusätzliches Reisebett bekommen. Die Nähe zum Excel ist fabelhaft und wirklich nur ein Katzensprung. Die City kann man innerhalb von 30 min bequem mit DLR und Tube erreichen. Das Apartment lag am Hafen, um den man gut zwei Runden joggen konnte. Ich werde es sehr gern meinen Freunden weiter empfehlen! Vielen Dank!

This is a really nice and comfortable apartment with great views! Modern, stylish and clean. Friendly welcome - everything worked out fine. It is ideally located at the waterfront with some nice restaurants and cafes in very short walking distance. The train stop round the Corner makes it easy to get to other parts of London. Ideally located if you are attending a conference or similar at the ExcelCentre like we did. Just a 5 min walk and you are there! Very close to London City Airport - 10 min by taxi, around 10 Pounds only. Some noise from starting planes during the day but not at night. Thank you David! We will definitely be back.

L'appartamento si trova in una zona molto tranquilla ed è così a tutte le ore, perfetto!! E' molto accogliente e la camera è veramente grande :) Il padrone è una persona gentilissima e molto disponibile. A pochi minuti c'è un iper mercato aperto 24 ore su 24 di modo che uno non ha mai problemi per mangiare o bere. Consigliatissimooo!!

Perfect location, next to public transport and with a good store on the doorstep, this is a great apartment for four (or 5) to start exploring London from. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well-equipped and the views are simply magnificent. The apartment felt like a home-away-from-home to us! Definitely worth visiting again!

We booked the apartment for the Excel Exhibition Centre for our staff to stay close to the premises. It was literally a 5 minute walk to the entrance of the Excel. Very clean, modern furnishing and a very uncomplicated check-in/ check-out procedure. Would highly recommend!

Location, location, location! I was in town for a conference at Excel during April 2013 and the apartment was a less than 5 minute walk there! Also the DLR train system (which connects into the London metro system) is right across the street and the Emeritas line was at the front of the building, so it was very easy to do some sight-seeing without needing a car. I literally went from the O2 arena to the London eye and all of downtown london in the same day and it was super easy. Another convenient aspect was that the grocery store was right at the front of the building, so getting food to cook was very easy. If I didn't feel like cooking, there was a good variety of different restaurants in the area. I should also mention that the area was very safe- I did some late night walks and never once felt afraid. The apartment building requires a security FOB to get in, so that was also secure. The apartment itself was very clean and everything worked. I had access to the fridge, stove/oven and washer/dryer. I also had a great internet connection and cable TV. I even had a balcony with a nice view of the river, so I was able to have a few meals out there! And lastly, David was very helpful in showing me how to use everything in the apartment, he worked with my check-in time even though my schedule changed and he was easily accessible, although I never had to call him for any issues! Overall I would definitely recommend this apartment for anyone who's coming in for a conference, concert or if you just want the conveniences of home without paying inflated downtown prices! Next time I visit London, I'm giving David a call!
