About Hendon

Hendon is in the Borough of Barnet and is well connected to Edgware, Golders Green and surrounding north London districts.  Having enjoyed rapid growth during the twentieth century it is hard to see Hendon as anything but a place to do business or commute.

In historical contexts, Hendon has Church End which is a place of fascination for Historians, Archaeologist’s and tourists.   Church End has supplied Roman Artefact’s and also a Saxon settlement at St Mary’s Church.  It has also been rumoured that St Mary’s Church gave inspiration to Bram Stoker on the classic novel Dracula.
