About Notting Hill

Perhaps it was Hugh Grant and Julia Roberts who made Notting Hill as famous as it is today or may be the festival?  Whatever it is we almost feel that Notting Hill needs little introduction.

Notting Hill is one of the most famous iconic areas in London and the world.  Due to the Caribbean influx of the 1950’s Notting Hill has a carnival every August, on the Sunday and bank holiday.  It is also in the Kensington and Chelsea area and despite its communal past is very much part of the affluent side of London.
